About the Role

As a

Prep Cook

, you will be responsible for ingredient preparation, cooking support, plating, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll be part of a professional culinary team delivering high-quality meals at scale in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare mise en place and assist with kitchen prep Accurately weigh, portion, and assemble ingredients Assist with cooking, plating, and packaging Ensure consistency and quality of all food items Maintain a clean and organized work area Sanitize equipment and follow food safety standards Use PPE and adhere to OH&S regulations Follow GMP and SQF guidelines Report hazards or issues to your supervisor Support a positive and respectful kitchen environment Participate in ongoing training Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

1+ year of cooking or prep experience (preferred) Valid Food Handler Certification (preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management Team player with a positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and passionate about food

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay:

$20.00-$22.00 + overtime

Friday - Tuesday: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
