Agilus Winnipeg is recruiting for a Production Clerk/Order Desk for our manufacturing and distribution client located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Agilus is recruiting for a Production Clerk/Oder Desk in the manufacturing sector in in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Responsibilities:
- Provide a superior knowledge of products and services
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by phone and email
- Receive products for work in process into the system, accurately matching to the correct order, and label accordingly
- Processing and entry of job/work orders; Sort incoming work, identifying new orders
- Processing of invoices and packing up to send out thru various couriers without delay
- Assists in assembly and inspection of the products
- Responsible for basic operation, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment using established maintenance procedures and calendars.
- Optical background strong asset
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Technically inclined/ machinery experience an asset.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office suite
