Hello, Our Client in Brantford is looking for Production Associates to add to their Team!
Role: Production Associate
Pay: $19 - $20/hour (earning potentially of $24 per hour, bonuses)
Hours:
Training: Monday to Thursday - 6:00am to 4:00pm (10-hour shifts). Friday 6:00am to 10:00am (4 hours)
After training: Monday to Thursday 4:00pm to 2:00am (10-hour shifts). Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm (4 hours)

Requirements:

1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or manual general labour
Strong English communication and comprehension is a must
Experience in machine operating would be an asset - not a must
Ability to lift heavy on occasion would be an asset - not a must
Counterbalance certified would be an asset - not a must
Safety shoes
Clear background check
Excellent communication
No jewelry allowed except wedding band

Responsibilities:

Working on the production line under guidance of lead hand and Plant Manager; putting bands on coils, taping, locking gates
Loading skids
Driving a cart
Machine operating - training will be provided
