The successful candidates will possess:
Highly motivated mentality Experience working with hand-tools Good communication skills as they will be communicating with other team members daily to set dead-lines Self-motivation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently
Job Duties:
Work in a team environment and be a team player Will be required to set up and operate machine as per orders Review orders, prep materials using power tools, hand tools, saws/automated welders Hardware installation, screen fit, assembly, packaging, and other various tasks Follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement Other duties as assigned
As a Production Associate at VDK Group, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of our premium windows and exterior doors. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our valued customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
