Reporting to Production & Purchasing Manager, the Production Assistant supports day-to-day production activities including staging, setup, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
Assist with production staging, setup, and coordination.
Support testing and quality checks of products, equipment, or components.
Prepare and organize materials, tools, and workstations for production.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Track and report any issues or irregularities during testing or staging.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform general support duties as assigned by the Production & Purchasing Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in production, assembly, or related roles is an asset.
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (no heavy lifting required).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
Basic technical or mechanical aptitude preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
