Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit

Production Assistant

to assist with drilling, grinding and plumbing a variety of different pool and spa designs. This role involves Following plumbing diagrams, maintenance, cleaning and preparing for shipping. The ideal candidate is someone who can work in a team environment, using power tools, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing installation, cleaning and preparing pools and spas for shipping Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Organize the shop floor and common areas of the plant. Handle spa components (e.g., jets, pumps, filters, plumbing lines) with care Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform general cleanup and other manual labour tasks as required Perform inventory tracking and reporting when product is required

Requirements:

Previous labour experience (plumbing/spa industry preferred but not required) Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Fibreglass/gelcoat rework experience (preferred but not required) Ability to follow directions and work independently when required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Desirable Qualities:

Basic understanding of plumbing tools and fittings Mechanically inclined or experience with spa/hot tub systems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
