Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in the Cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining high standards of safety, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production team. This position requires a proactive individual who is willing to learn and take on various responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

? Working collaboratively with our expert team across all production

phases, from seed to final package, while adhering to rigorous quality and

compliance standards.

? Nurturing cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle and implementing

integrated pest management and preventive measures.

? Following and executing standard operating procedures, ensuring strict

compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

? Conducting scheduled sanitation and maintenance of cultivation

equipment, workstations, and facilities to uphold a safe and hygienic

environment.

? Maintaining and calibrating cultivation equipment to optimize plant health

and productivity.

? Diligently recording and documenting cultivation activities for traceability

and compliance with regulations.

? Skillfully handling irrigation and watering techniques, utilizing both manual

and automated systems.

? Measuring, mixing, and preparing fertigation solutions and biocontrol's.

? Expertly trimming and caring for live plants throughout their growth cycle.

? Assisting in research and development of cultivation procedures,

collaborating closely with senior cultivation team members to explore

innovative techniques.

? Precisely processing and packaging dried cannabis, ensuring utmost

attention to detail.

? Safely handling concentrated materials, such as cleaning agents and

concentrated fertilizers, following strict safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.40-$25.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
