We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our sister company Hexose Foods, our amazing team on the day shift starts at 7:00am

xperience

Good math skills Self-starter Works independently Quick learner Able to lift to 40 kg. Works well with others Measure and Pour ingredients into mixing machines Manually pack goods into bags/boxes Maintain clean work environment Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties Food Safety/Handling Skills Raymond Reach/Forklift experience Ability to work until production area is clean Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will perform a variety of production related duties This position may entail other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or food processing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English Good written and oral communication skills in English. Attention to detail, quality and safety expected.
