Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assemble benches, tables, and waste units, interpret CAD drawings and production prints, and operate CNC equipment while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication with engineering and quality control teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble benches, tables, and waste units according to drawings and specifications Read and interpret CAD drawings and production prints accurately Operate and maintain CNC equipment and other production machinery Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Assist with layout, jig setup, and fixture adjustments Handle and work with various materials including recycled lumber, steel, and aluminum Communicate effectively with engineering, production, and quality control teams Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in assembly, carpentry, metal fabrication, or manufacturing preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production documentation Experience operating CNC equipment and basic hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically capable of handling materials and performing repetitive tasks Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
