Lead Production Assembler Responsibilities & Duties

Assemble battery components according to given specifications Test completed batteries to ensure they meet quality and performance standards Inspect raw materials and components for defects or quality issues Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries Maintain a clean and organized work environment Operate and maintain assembly line equipment Effectively communicate orally and in writing with colleagues as required Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets Troubleshoot minor technical issues with assembly equipment

Lead Production Assembler Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in battery assembly or a related field Familiarity with battery technology and various types of batteries Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience with quality control procedures Strong problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent/ Technical training an asset Basic understanding of assembly line processes Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Attention to detail and focus on quality Basic math skills for measuring and mixing components Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in basic computer operations Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and workplace policies
