Production Assembler

Job Description
We are looking for Production Assemblers based out of the Alliston area, this is a full-time position. (Direct hire with the company not through an agency)
The shift is:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
$20.50/hr to start plus benefits, paid weekly direct deposit plus a monthly production bonus.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years of previous production assembly experience, assembling products at a table using hand power tools.
DUTIES:
Assemble products or components according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. Collaborate with team members to meet production target goals and deadlines. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions.
Looking for candidates who is mechanically inclined can multi-task and work in a fast pace environment, with some physicality and repetitive work.
