  • Supervise the JR Production Analyst;
  • Review the progress of projects and account for projected revenues and expenses based on the progress of projects (work in progress) monthly from his division;
  • Responsible for opening the project, ensuring that a bid/contract is signed with the client and obtaining the project budget;
  • Ensure that we have all contracts, Cos, payment schedules and other relevant documents on file for the project;
  • Assist in the establishment of the "client rate" of the divisions (validate the rates charged to the clients);
  • Monthly analysis of project profitability and explain performance to producer and VP Production;
  • Work with Bis Dev people on development projects;
  • Train and support producers and management on project management;
  • Follow up with producers on project budgets and planned expenses;
  • Ensure that project information is up to date in ShotGrid or other platforms;
  • Attend project tracking meetings with Producer and VP Production;
  • Develop project tracking reports in collaboration with the Performance team and ensure that these balance with Netsuite;
  • Coordinate R&D tax credits with tax return partners;
  • Coordinate and review tax credit returns for our clients;
  • Assist the CFO with in-depth analysis on special projects;
  • Any other related duties.


Qualifications

  • Accounting designation (CPA);
  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting or finance;
  • Knowledge in a similar position;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
