Bookkeeping or loan accounting experience welcomed
Provide practical and technical advice to users of FCC's farm accounting software, in French and English. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages.
What you'll do:
Resolve bookkeeping, record-keeping and reporting issues in a thorough and professional manner
Respond to customer questions and suggest solutions
Help customers understand the benefits of AgExpert products and services
Contribute to the FCC Management Software Online Community
Observe trends and recommend improvements to the software as needed
What we're looking for:

Technical thinker who easily breaks down complicated concepts into easy-to-understand steps
Strong communicator passionate about building relationships
Ability to quickly dive into the world of FCC AgExpert
A friendly attitude and a focus on making the customer's day better
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business or computer science and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Familiarity with Windows applications
