Description Job Summary: As a Product Support Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating and performing testing on business solutions to ensure proper functionality, user experience, and deployment & maintain an extensive knowledge base of custom applications.

In your new role you will provide Tier 1 support to end-users, in addition to triaging and supporting regular incident and request tickets when submitted. This role will also coordinate and engage with application vendors related to providing support for basic problem resolution. This role will actively contribute to fostering a positive team culture and promoting collaboration within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to create and execute test scenarios to assess solution quality and effectiveness;
  • You will provide input on application usability/areas of friction and improvements on user experience & provide cross-coverage of technical support on multiple knowledge domains
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and business end-users to review functionality of customizations and developments; tests, analyzes, and assesses developed functionality
  • Provides Tier 1 support to business users by triaging and responding to incident and request tickets
  • Provides training to business users on new/existing enhancements and functionality which includes providing guidance to end users through demonstrations and/or review of process documentation
  • Coordinates with external vendors on integration upgrades, defect investigations and updating existing documentation
  • Supports and assists with performing analysis on improving functionality and reporting capabilities on new and existing production applications
  • Assist with creating and maintaining documents for processes, procedures and functionality of solutions and configurations for end-user training and education
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years experience working with a software development team
  • 2+ Years of experience providing technical support and customer service
  • Beginner or intermediate level experience with testing and testing methodologies
  • Experience working in a software development environment preferably in an agile team
  • Experience with supporting or using LoadSpring, InEight OR Primavera P6 will be required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
  • Work from home position with the understanding you will be required to attend in office as the business needs
  • Some weekend support coverage will be required (around 2 hours once every 3 months)
  • Some afterhours support will be required Monday - Friday (start time will be adjusted accordingly)
