Location for the role is preferred to be at one of our hubs in Saint John, New Brunswick, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, or Suffolk Virginia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead all Smoked and Specialty initiatives across the business
• Work with the marketing team to develop educational content, sales tools, and customer presentations for the Smoked and Specialty category.
• Act as the internal advocate for the Smoked and Specialty portfolio, sharing market knowledge, building species knowledge internally, and profiling the category
• Lead the go-to-market plan for Smoked and Specialty product launches in North America
• Lead the development of the North American Smoked and Specialty pricing strategy and provide input to pricing decision makers.

• 7+ years of experience working in a seafood company or an environment where you would have had broad exposure to seafood
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office acumen
• Understanding of pivot tables, proforma financials, modeling scenarios, and Customer Relationship Management systems
• Global travel will be required
