Role Overview
As an
Entry-Level QA Analyst
, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and processes. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a strong foundation in quality assurance within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality inspection procedures.
Provide support and guidance to engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
Establish and uphold quality inspection processes aligned with company and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with government, industry, and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions, documenting findings and resolutions.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify proactive solutions.
Review and recommend improvements to quality standards and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain product requirements.
Coordinate with external quality assurance groups during inspections.
Monitor operations affecting product quality and consistency.
Verify and maintain production reliability and adherence to established processes.
Requirements & Skills
1-2 years of experience in Product Quality Assurance (co-op, internship, or work experience).
Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relational databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Quality control certification (e.g., ISO 9000) considered an asset.
