About the Role

We are seeking a smart, driven, and strategic

Product, Process & Innovation Expert

to join our leadership track. This newly created role is ideal for a tech-savvy visionary who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and the challenge of driving meaningful change. You'll work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations to build, improve, and automate internal systems while identifying growth opportunities through technology and design thinking.

What You'll Do:

Product Vision & Strategy

Lead the design and execution of digital tools and applications (e.g., sales configurators, internal dashboards, automation systems) Evaluate potential AI integrations, including chatbots for Tier 1 support and customer experience

Process Optimization & Standardization

Analyze and document current workflows across departments (Sales, Service, Customer Success, Finance, Installations, etc.) Develop and implement scalable SOPs to improve efficiency and accountability Identify and address pain points through process redesign and system improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with department leads to gather insights, document gaps, and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives Facilitate change management and training to ensure successful rollouts

Innovation & Tech Enablement

Research, propose, and test new technologies (AI tools, automation platforms, app integrations) Act as the internal champion for continuous improvement and innovation culture

Data & Metrics

Work with Finance and Tech teams to define KPIs for system efficiency and rework reduction Support leadership with data-backed insights to guide decisions

Who You Are:

You are strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial in mindset You love autonomy and are comfortable building from scratch You are a natural problem solver who sees inefficiencies and designs elegant solutions You are confident engaging with all levels of an organization, including the CEO

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in product management, process improvement, innovation, or transformation roles Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from idea to implementation Strong understanding of systems thinking, AI applications, and automation Proven ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and facilitate positive change Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Experience in security, software development, technology, SaaS, field services, or related industries is a strong asset Self-starter who thrives in undefined environments and builds order. Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization; from field techs to executives Bonus if familiar with CRM, ERP, or quoting systems (e.g., HubSpot, Sedona, QuoteWerks) Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training is an asset but not required
