In your role, you will:

Provide technical expertise and team leadership in the development of new and/or revision of engineering service provider registry, qualification, appraisal and management processes Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Plan, organize and coordinate the development of required policies and documentation Develop and deliver training in technical topics, policies and procedures Provide expert advice on engineering service provider procurement and management processes and products and support to the RAQS replacement project

Mandatory:



You must be licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Technical Knowledge:




You have:

knowledge of policies, processes and standard pertaining to highway engineering and construction of highways knowledge of business systems development, automation technology and applications to conduct business reviews and develop practical, implementable systems.

Project Management Skills:




You have:

organizational, planning, coordination skills to produce key deliverables within established timeframes.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:




You have:

communication and presentations skills to provide interpretation on design processes, products, develop policies and documentation, and deliver training. interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, lead working groups, and provide direction and support to team members.

Analytical & Problem Solving Skills:




You have:

analytical, problem-solving and research skills to evaluate and identify productivity improvements and provide innovative solutions and revisions to business processes.
