Our Clinical Orders product management team is looking for a Product Owner. As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritize user stories within an agile team's backlog to streamline execution and quality of product development. Some of your responsibilities will include creating and prioritizing epics and user stories for product development; developing story and feature acceptance criteria; review and accept backlog items as ready; performing functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing; and evaluating risks and perform hazard analysis for development activities. You may also be expected to track product functionality and performance, as required by regulatory standards, to ensure that it meets market needs; facilitate key agile ceremonies, such as the sprint review; and manage ongoing communications between product and scrum teams. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 1 year product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience

At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

At least 2 years of work experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

At least 2 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience

Expectations

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
