The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.Job Purpose:Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of translating business requirements into cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and other Product Owners to drive the success of wireless network design projects.Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience (technical or analytical field a plus)

• Familiarity with product and software development techniques, agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

• Experience writing business requirements and defining acceptance criteria

• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, English

Desired:

• Experience in the Telecommunications or RF industry

• Expertise in an RF Design Software tool (ideally iBwave Design)

• Expertise in an Outdoor and/or Indoor RF Design Software tool

• Expertise with RF Survey/Field measurement tools and hardware

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of our product roadmap: define and meet business targets, manage P&L, interact with technology partners, plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of our product roadmap.

• Understand our customers: meet with clients and gather requirements.

• Manage feature prioritization.

• Monitor and communicate key dates, progress, and checkpoints during solution construction.
