As the Product Owner joining the Publishing Services within Ubisoft IT, you'll ensure that everyone who's involved with SalesForce Service Cloud (SFSC) projects knows what needs to be done and why. You are to stay knowledgeable about the organization's goals and bridge communication gaps in the team to manage effective releases. Understanding the user experience will be crucial in proposing bots, Salesforce FLOW use cases, and Einstein analytics. Salesforce Service Cloud is our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software as a service (SaaS) solution facilitating case management for player and customer support inquiries.

You should understand what your customer needs from this product and satisfy their criteria while also effectively and efficiently representing Ubisoft's fiscal needs (maximize the value delivered). You will be passionate about driving performance improvements from start to finish while building a solid collaborative relationship across the technical, operational, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gather input from key internal stakeholders, develop business requirements, and write feature descriptions using Agile product management methodology;
  • Work closely with teams to manage internal and external dependencies and ensure consistent experiences and drive roadmap to achieve Objective and Key results (OKRS);
  • Set up metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the product is moving in the right direction as per Ubisoft's strategy develop appropriate reports accordingly;
  • Drive coordination to ensure flawless execution of expected deliverables as well as follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints while managing change management;
  • Integrate the voice of the users: investigate and understand and confirm product user expectations inspiring product value outcomes;
  • Identify new product and solution opportunities based on the needs and objectives of named internal stakeholders and/or business priorities;
  • Prioritize problems and associated solutions through Product Discovery activities: interviews, prototyping, user testing;
  • Groom and prioritize the backlog as well as to define and manage a release plan associated to strategic objectives, all while ensuring that issues are resolved;
  • Develop proof of concepts, communicate new features, conduct product demos, and contribute to the pedagogical design of training courses;
  • Monitor the market, industry trends and competition, with technical or customer research so you can identify opportunities for improvement or new features.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Product Management and/or Product Development with Agile Methodology, having worked alongside a variety of stakeholders such as development teams;
  • Ability to synthesize information, making complex issues understandable to different audiences and make clear, concise recommendations;
  • Analytical skills all while being solution oriented;
  • Ability to prioritize different needs based on previously defined insights and KPIs;
  • Ability to adopt ideas and align teams to a common vision;
  • Proactive approach and willingness to develop a deep understanding of our technical solutions and their impact on both business and customers.
