The best part is that you will work with people that care passionately about you, our clients, and our communities.Our Policy System Solutions team has business accountability for the health and optimization of our policy systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and Document Management) We deliver innovative solutions to elevate our business, enhance the client experience and ensure a competitive advantage for our business partners.As the Product Owner for Business Systems Initiatives delivery team, you will work as part of an agile team to represent the needs and desires of the stakeholder community including business and technology initiatives. You will provide clarity on solution details and be responsible for maintaining a prioritized list of work items required of the team to deliver business value.How you will create impact:

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve system, technology and business issues and create seamless integration.
• Applying incremental delivery principles to drive the delivery of business value, communicating progress, eliciting feedback and enabling stakeholder reviews to validate processes.
• Partnering with management to provide leadership and prioritize work for the team to ensure capabilities are in scope, on time and of high quality.
• Serving as the primary source of information for the team, delivering details of the items and offering clear definitions of the expected capability, the intended value to the customer and all acceptance criteria.
• Representing the department by owning issues, forming solutions and defining outcomes to effectively deliver on the roadmap.

• You have five years of experience in P&C Insurance Solutions and experience working in an agile environment.
• You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology (IT) or Marketing.
• You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
• Having the Disciplined Agile certification and strong working knowledge of software development, Jira and Confluence software would be an asset.
• You have strong knowledge of Information Technology solutions (such as Guidewire applications) applicable to insurance products, services and systems.
