The team\xe2\x80\x99s mandate is to work with Bell corporate stakeholders and technology partners to deliver solutions that leverage Bell\xe2\x80\x99s significant investment in its strategic IT platforms. The team consists of Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and BI Architects that focus primarily on delivery of change within the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ECC) system. The team collaborates with business stakeholders, external IT providers and external suppliers to deliver using Agile methodologies high-quality solutions to business needs. This team\xe2\x80\x99s primary business focus areas are IT solutions that support: Finance, Supply Chain, Business Sales and Billing as well as infrastructure planning and installation. The selected candidate would be expected to fully engage in with the IT team in supporting the project delivery.Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business partners to gather and document the business requirements.
  • Partner with development team and ensure proposed / final design deliverables are meeting business requirements, including design specifications, integration requirements, and system documentations, are to Bell Canada SAP IT Standard.
  • Ensure adequate reviews and stakeholder approval of the end-to-end solution are acquired.
  • Review and work closely with finance project stakeholders to ensure the deliverables produced conform to the business requirements within time and effort and project is adequately resourced.
  • Crafts epics, features and user stories for the SAP transformation roadmap, working directly with the delivery teams to deliver value.
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors and contractors, where required, to deliver necessary pieces of our technical product with time-to-market excellence.
  • Lead the integration and user acceptance testing process; including preparation of acceptance criteria, review of the test plans and scenarios, review of test results as well as taking responsibility for end-to-end testing and obtain business approval.
  • Contribute to the project planning and administration - assists in developing the project charter documentation, including helping with the high-level plan, the feasibility analysis, and in developing the business cases.
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate where possible the project by organizing and leading project meetings, follow up on issues and sign-offs, produce status documentation and meeting minutes and inform team members of decisions made utilizing Agile toolset (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Conduct quarterly planning to plan and prioritize diverse improvement initiatives.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a Business Analyst or Technical Product owner role with knowledge and experience with: Business plan, Process Flow-charts, Business/System Requirements, test and deployment planning.
  • 3 years of experience implementing solutions in SAP ERP Landscape Finance (FICO) and other modules such as; Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), and Plant Maintenance (PM), etc..
  • Proven experience working with technology teams and user experience teams in creating and delivering value.
  • Experience owning the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

  • Agile delivery methodology and toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc..)
  • Ability to work with big data sets, willing to learn new technologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP focused on the FICO finance main stream including external interfaces, integrated within module and custom processes built in house
  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
  • SAFe Agile Experience preferred
  • Knowledge in Agile framework delivery and Agile/DevOps transformations and/or in an Agile/DevOps role
Additional Requirements
  • Preference for Post secondary degree with a business or IT focus, or equivalent
  • Available to work occasional weekends for deployments and evenings to address unexpected urgent issues
  • Occasional travel in support of project delivery work.
