What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership over a portion of our daily ad operations
• Assessing and troubleshooting reported issues and requests
• Working closely with a team of highly dedicated developers, designers, sales representatives, and customer service representatives to maintain an effective workflow and efficiently tackle obstacles
• Contributing to process optimization and enforcing current processes
• Facilitating cross-departmental mandates by being a mediator between Engineering, Sales, QA, and Customer care.
• Creating, configuring, and monitoring ad sources/spots to ensure we have healthy traffic delivery and redirections
• Delivering timely and satisfactory support while maintaining healthy cross-departmental relationships

What you\'ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• A minimum of 2 years\' experience in Ad tech and a strong understanding of ad-supported, publisher websites
• A willingness to take ownership of and accountability for your work
• Drive to learn and develop expertise in your areas of ownership
• A focus on making iterative process improvements
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Nice to Haves :

• Undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant field
• Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics)
