Job Description


Nakisa is looking for a product marketer well-versed in B2B enterprise tech to support go-to-market strategy and execution for our Finance and Human Resources products. This role will cover a wide scope of product marketing initiatives including competitor marketing analysis, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, product launch planning, go-to-market strategy, events planning and support, and thought leadership development. Your goal is to communicate the company\'s unique value to the market.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running to help shape, launch, and market our solutions as we continue to change the dynamics of the accounting space in Fortune 500. We are excited to speak to those with the intellect, analytical mindset, and project management skills to conceive marketing programs, get organizational buy-in, and execute their ideas.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Become a solution expert in the Marketing team - you know our clients, and how Nakisa supports them!
  • Develop and support the GTM execution and uniquely position Nakisa in the finance, accounting, and human resources spaces, driving sales and marketing success.
  • Own core messaging and positioning for Nakisa\'s Finance and HR product suites in alignment with Solution Engineering and Product teams.
  • Work with the Content team to produce and deliver thought leadership content, videos, presentations, product documents, and more.
  • Work with Digital and Demand teams to develop proper messaging for campaigns and brainstorm/review ideas to drive pipeline.
  • Work with the Product team to develop launch plans for key features, maximizing exposure of major product/strategic investments.
  • Act as a company expert for questions about customer personas, buying considerations, competitive landscape, market trends, and product differentiators.
  • Manage multiple projects across internal and external teams to influence outcomes
  • Track content usage, measure overall performance, document learnings, and report key objectives to the executive team.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to the team to deliver greater value to our clients and introduce our solutions to a wider audience.
  • Use the latest tech stack available to our team such as HubSpot, 6Sense, SEMRUSH, Hotjar and so much more.
What you need to bring
  • BSc/BA in Commerce/Business, Marketing, Communication, Accounting, Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Ability to comprehend complex systems and transform a technical concept into everyday language.
  • Articulate communication with strong writing skills in English (French/Spanish is a plus).
  • Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products and developing/executing on marketing plans. (a plus)
  • Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and HR terms and concepts. (a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working on multi-faceted initiatives while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
