What you can expect:

As a Product Marketing Launch Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing product marketing launch strategies and tactics that support our continuously evolving end-to-end recreation management platform. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Create, plan, and launch product solutions on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Communicate ongoing enhancements and features to customers through in-product and email communications.
  • Maintain deep customer understanding and continuously validate user personas.
  • Collaborate actively with our product management team to proactively plan key launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a roadmap of marketing initiatives.
  • Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to create messaging that resonates with target buyers and user personas.
  • Plan and manage go-to-market strategies across various channels.
  • Collaboratively develop sales and customer success enablement tools and processes to facilitate sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for targeted campaigns.
What we want from you:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing following Pragmatic Marketing or PMA frameworks with proven success in growing product adoption and driving revenue.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle tight timelines and deliverables.
  • Background in SaaS or eCommerce marketing, preferably with experience in government, nonprofits, and small businesses.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Quantitative analytical ability and exceptional storytelling skills.
  • Genuine interest in supporting organizations in serving their communities, sports, and activities for the whole family.
  • Experience or interest in product lifecycle and product adoption.
