Job Description

Brandt is currently seeking a marketing professional to build the value proposition and execute go-to-market strategy for new products in our Agricultural Product segments in either our Regina, SK, Saskatoon, SK, Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB or Nisku, AB locations. Brandt manufactures and distributes a variety of grain handling and tillage products that support farm operations including:

  • Grain Augers and Conveyors
  • Grain Carts
  • Land Rollers, Heavy Harrows, and High-Speed Discs
You will be responsible for GTM strategy by leading content development and sales support for the portfolio throughout the product life cycle. You will work with our cross-functional teams across the company to guide marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement, and other areas associated with the Agricultural Products portfolio.

Your industry knowledge and experience will provide insight on customer behaviors and help craft compelling messaging, shaping Brandt's competitive positioning. You will need to be comfortable getting into the details of using our products in the industries they serve just as our customers do. You will need to have a unique combination of project management, sales enablement, and marketing skills; along with an exceptional understanding of how these products are used in their key markets.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio and market issues affecting sales / market perception of each product.
  • Provide in-depth insights on customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive intelligence to unlock opportunities.
  • Work with content creators and lead the launch of new products by overseeing the development of all associated collateral including key messaging, videos, social media elements, brochures, and website content to reflect the product's value proposition.
  • Enable our Sales team to position products in the market through effective training materials that solidify our value proposition.
  • Report to senior leadership, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders on marketing opportunities and performance.
  • Identify opportunities and act as the primary thought-leader for the products you support, including presenting to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
