The Job
The Product Manager is responsible for product innovation and managing the company's suite of products throughout the product lifecycle. The role encompasses a close working relationship with Marketing, Sales, Underwriter, and OEM to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. The Product Manager is a business leader with accountability for product strategy, product design, P&L, stakeholder relationships, and end to end product releases.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development and manage products through their life-cycle. Engage cross-functional departments including sales, customer service, claims, finance, communications, training, data & reporting, and software development to execute on our vision
Be the consumer voice, advocate and evangelist on behalf of the organization. This role is required to ensure that all internal stakeholder needs are met, but at the same time, remain dedicated to revolutionizing the consumer experience.
Be the product subject matter expert in the company and attain a thorough understanding of the existing product suite.
Create and execute research plans to ensure products are relevant and competitive for the customer and the end consumer.
Create business plans and project plans for the launch of new products and enhancement of current products.
Lead cross functional teams to develop and manage timelines/milestones, plans and task requirements for all deliverables.
Be the primary point of contact for external department stakeholders and gather deliverable requirements for the marketing team.
Be primary contact on cross-functional projects and product launches.
Manage the review and approval process with team leads/managers.
Communicate commitments and any changes to deliverables or timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain status reports, capacity plans, product guides, manuals and other documentation.
Proofread / test deliverables for accuracy.

Education:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline.
Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) is an asset.

Experience:
5+ years' experience in a marketing and product management role.
Exposure to F&I related products in the automotive industry an asset.

The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - 110,000 + bonus.
