The Role:

Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Product Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will work with a group of 6-1 cross-functional development team members. In this role, you are responsible for driving the development and management of advertising products and solutions. An understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem is an asset; a hunger to learn more is highly valuable to our team.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy, identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer trends, behaviors, and needs, and translate findings into product features and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and design, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and customer feedback.
  • User Experience: Focus on delivering a great user experience, considering user interface, usability, and user feedback.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team with product knowledge, training, and collateral to help them sell the product effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing and sales strategies.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and use it to refine and improve the product.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Does This Sound Like You?
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Strong technology and industry knowledge, including familiarity with software development & Agile CI/CD
  • Proficiency in data analysis, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a good understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying ideas and plans effectively.
  • Autonomous worker with initiative and interest to grow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Has a good understanding of the market and competitive landscape
