We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customer\xe2\x80\x99s love; you will be the voice of our customers by analyzing data and communicating with them. You will undertake market research on new products, establish timelines for developing products, influence pricing and packaging, develop messaging and market positioning around products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
• Establish requirements, specifications and timelines that design and engineering teams can easily follow for existing and new products
• Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering providing relevant feedback based on data and modern practices
• Develop insights that will translate into features through metrics provided by Google analytics and Tealium to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
• Develop features and processes through metrics, qualitative user insight, and iteration
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of One Planet and Competitor products, solutions, and company offerings
• Determine customers\' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
• Translate product strategy into detailed specification documents as well as building prototypes using Sketch and Axure
• Work with leadership across the organization to develop the rails for consistent process and automation
• Identify and build improvements to underwriting processes that rely on data, risk models, and automation to deliver consistent policy implementation.

Job Skills & Requirements:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or business operations.
• A collaborative approach: track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Data-driven and iterative learning style
• Experience optimizing and improving complex processes
• Bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while moving fast

Bonus:

• Worked at a rapidly growing startup, especially if your focus was on optimizing conversions
• Experience with automotive, real estate, or home improvement sites
• Experience building tools primarily used by internal operations teams
• If you have a technical degree (CS, EE, etc.), or business degree with a focus in marketing (or equivalent work experience in a product development driven environment
