Description :

As Product Manager within the PSI division, you will be responsible for defining the strategies and action plans to commercialize portfolio of products across multiple regions. You will be responsible for analyzing the market, launching products, ensuring and tracking their success and facilitating their transition to the core products group. Moreover, in collaboration with the cross functional teams you will also be responsible for the accuracy of sales forecasts and necessary revisions to enable fully meeting the market demand.

Responsabilities & Duties :

Portfolio Management

  • Lead the development and execute the launch plan associated with global product mandates in collaboration with cross functional and regional teams
  • Participate in the international portfolio strategy through internal and/or in-licensing channels to support the PMEC evaluation process
  • Active facilitator between regional and pipeline teams to advance the product development evaluations
  • Act as a key resource to help shape the selection of products for launch that will support PSI regional business growth objectives in cooperation with the pipeline management team
  • Prepare the portfolio and pipeline meeting for your region on a monthly basis supporting IPPM process
  • Perform cross functional meetings and business case alignment for product launches
Marketing
  • Support the annual budget process with Opex planning that will enable delivery of annual approved plan
  • Support PSI branding platforms and tools: website, intranet, brochures, product information decks
  • Coordinate the revision of marketing material from/to Affiliates to support strategic branding and positioning leveraging the value base partnering model
  • Support the management and tracking of trademark to align with planned product launches that will ensure effective positioning launch readiness in specific markets
Market Insights
  • Analyze regional key strategic markets, key players and competitors, key success factors and customer needs (IMS)
Strategic Planification
  • Identify and evaluate product launch opportunities with corporate and regional teams to accelerate business growth within the regions. Supported by active participation in IPPM & PMEC processes.
Additional engagements
  • Involvement on ad hoc key projects that will occur periodically to improve business modeling.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
  • Knowledge of French & English (oral & written)
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and business models preferably including general market.
  • Strong financial acumen and superior analytical skills including business case development & analysis
  • Effective presentation development & presentation skills across multiple levels of management & external/internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled project management, planning & effective team collaboration
  • Autonomous and self-motivated team-player
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of the international commerical territory (Europe, Latin America and Asia, an asset)
General working conditions :
  • At times it will be required to accommodate virtual regional meetings during off hours possibly in the early morning or evening hours versus eastern standard time
Education : Bachelor

Experience : 3 years: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial operations analysis and/or finance
