About the opportunity
Join our team as a Product Manager / Business Analyst and thrive at the crossroads of business, technology, and user experience. In this hybrid role, you'll combine strategic product management with hands-on analysis to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions built on modern technologies.
You will report directly to our CRO and work on products within our revenue stream. You will work closely with our engineering team and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, while keeping a pulse on new tools, frameworks, and data-driven insights. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and try things out, whether it's pulling a data set, creating a quick mockup with a no-code tool, or testing how systems connect. You're hands-on, curious, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
The Product Manager & Business Analyst will:
Define and lead the execution of product solutions, including market research, customer needs analysis, and product positioning.
Be an expert in small and medium business (SMB) lending products, market trends, and industry specifics.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, and product launch.
Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to develop, test, and release product features.
Analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements and user stories, and manage project tasks.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify potential business process improvement opportunities.
Facilitate grooming sessions, user acceptance testing, and maintain the backlog for agile software development teams.
What you're bringing to the table
Alongside unwavering ethical principles, you showcase:
5+ years in product management and business analysis within an agile environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, translate them into product features, and utilize lean practices for iterative development, quick pivots, and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with software development and technology stacks.
