Job Title: IT Technical Business Analyst - Senior

Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid with Occasional Office Visits - 3-4 time per month)

Duration: 12 Months (Extensible)

Must Have:

Proposed resource has agreed to a Criminal Records Check and Enhanced Security Clearance including credit checks prior to commencement.

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.

Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.

Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.

Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.

Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.

Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).

Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects.

Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes in a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Experience working in or for the public sector.

Experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
