You will be responsible for owning the roadmap and setting the future vision for a product that sets us apart from other franchised businesses in providing unparalleled operations and profitability support through easy-to-understand analytics, gamified benchmarking, and actionable insights.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including: operations standards, restaurant tech, field, product engineering, data, and communication teams to define product vision, strategy, ROI/impact, roadmaps, requirements and product roll-out. Additionally, as part of the Operations Analytics team, your role is to become an expert in understanding how operations drive performance at Tim Hortons.Responsibilities:
