Position: Product Manager
Location: West Island

We\'re looking for a marketing passionate who has merchandizing and product management experience and wants to take on a more hands-on role. This role is for an amazing consumer goods distribution company located in the West Island.

Job details:- This is not a product development role, products are existent
- This is not a brand management creative role
- This is the development of pricing strategies, promotion strategies and market strategiesWhat they offer:

- Salary between $75,000 and $90,000 per year
- Guaranteed at least 10% bonus
- Hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day in office
- Summer hours, Friday afternoon off

- Many recognition programs and a variety of other small perks Your profile:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in product marketing (merchandizing coordinator, or part of category management team)
- Strong knowledge of analyzing and planning 4Ps
- Bilingual, strong command of English
- Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, ideally marketing

Your role:

- Develop category "go-to market" strategy based on 4Ps
- Plan, create, lead and measure category deliverables
- Evaluate market conditions and recommend the most appropriate product placement, channel and promotional plans
- Always strive to maximize category performance
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Review category profit objectives and KPIs
