Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a product manager to join our team and help drive our
marketing and strategic initiatives on autodesk.com. You will report to the Manager of Product Management; whose team is responsible to translate customer needs and business goals into effective web strategies.

You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable working with multiple departments in a large organization. You must have a background in technology and web-based experiences, be a quick and eager learner and be interested in delivering high-quality solid and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and drive strategic initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Perform the role as a product owner in an agile practice including defining user stories and prioritizing the backlog

Be the primary point of contact between stakeholders and production teams

Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams

Measure impact of projects and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively to improve the partner and customer experiences with support from analytics

Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and publishing groups to maintain quality web standards

Support the management team with effective communication, proactive problem solving, and information distribution

Serve as subject matter expert in the Autodesk Design System, driving knowledge and adoption of the pattern library guidance

Minimum Qualifications

5aEUR7 years of relevant work experience managing multiple projects

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills

Strong project and time management skills, attention to detail, familiarity with common tools

Enthusiastic team player and web ambassador with the ability to influence others

Ability to work with crossaEURfunctional teams to solve problems and drive results

Ability to navigate ambiguity, seek clarity in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical service and content providers

Inquisitive and seeker of data to help make decisions

Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

Experience with analytic tools such as Adobe
