As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the product portfolio for Dealer Services, with a primary focus on Lubrico and Global subsidiaries.

Here are the main responsibilities:

Support and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company vision and goals. Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and enhancements for P&C offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product elements such as contracts, rate files, manuals, and sales tools. Monitor industry trends and analyze business mix, product penetration, and sales performance. Support Dealer Services in executing their unique product strategy and development. Communicate regulatory, product, and competitive developments to stakeholders. Liaise with sales departments and regional teams to tailor product resources to regional needs. Create and maintain product documentation and manage fulfillment of materials. Advise on and manage special initiatives consistent with product strategy.
Support product knowledge training for Sales, Claims, and Support teams.
