Big picture thinking, and solid understanding of program scope, management, and operations.5+ years\' proven experience as a Program Manager or other Managerial position:Experience directing program and project teams to ensure program and project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards.Experience defining large-scale change management and communications strategies to support organizational transformation.Experience leading the definition and/or implementation of target operating model design initiatives in healthcare and/or technology organizationsNice to haveExperience working with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers.Please send your resume to
