POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for a range of projects and products within Sales, Marketing and Customer Service within our core areas of the

dental business

.

Responsibilities include supporting the Leadership Team with projects that impact a range of Andau business functions. Day-to-day activities may include conducting research and gathering information, coordinating and organizing key stages within our internal projects, preparing market analysis, collaborating with manufacturing partners, setting go-to-market plans, supporting key sales objectives and processes, evaluating products and market opportunities, understanding the market landscape for our product areas, and managing strategic initiatives from end to end.

Our goal is to successfully introduce and grow our product portfolios across our business segments, with strong profitability over the long term. The Product Manager will have accountability for our critical projects, in collaboration with Andau's Sales & Marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive forward all key projects with a sense of ownership and urgency, to completion.

Coordinate the people, information and moving parts of each project to ensure they remain on track.

Be accountable for the quality of projects completed and prepared to present to stakeholders as required.

Conduct required market research, information gathering and other tasks to ensure all projects are successful. This may include working with our manufacturers, connecting with various Andau staff, understanding our products/processes and competitive products/processes, managing our contract planning and supporting Leadership.

Develop plans within Marketing & Sales that can be successfully executed and tracked for product launches, line extensions and other strategic projects.

Be a key contributor to, and leader of, our bid tracking, writing and submission process.

Interact with our Sales team and other internal Andau employees for projects that stretch across business areas. Relationship development - internally and externally - is key.

Communicate and develop relationships with our supplier partners and vendors when the projects require this, with a joint goal of product growth and customer service excellence.

Assist with improvements to Andau operations through the creation of projects and processes that will benefit the organization.

Bring forward ideas, observations and suggestions for areas of improvement across all Andau functions and geared towards analytics and management systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a dental supply role/business is

preferred

Experience in a marketing or product management role is

preferred

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize Ability to successfully engage and interact with internal and external contacts Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication Excellence in process management and organizational agility Professional presentation and a positive attitude
