Points is hiring for a Product Manager (Data) to help bring to market our best in class loyalty solutions. As a permanent member of the Product Management team you’ll influence how we acquire and leverage data. Particularly as we innovate with new application partners and with our own products. If you're interested in impacting the loyalty program market with data use cases, we’d love to hear from you!
This role reports to the Product Management Lead. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with Points’ Partners (loyalty programs and 3rd party applications), Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering and more to help define and implement the product data strategy.
  • Prioritize/maintain the backlog, manage project timelines, scope, requirements and milestones
  • Lead product discovery activities, aid the data driven growth mindset
  • Inform and communicate data best practices, influence change
  • Improve user experience with data; for both technical and business users
  • Apply agile product delivery practices; work closely with software engineering to build, test, release, and measure iterations


Qualifications
  • Agile Software Product Management
  • Data visualization/management experience
  • An understanding of data challenges and how data can be valuable
  • Experience with SQL
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from multiple domains; Partners (Loyalty Programs, Applications, Financial Institutions), Marketing, Finance and more
