Reporting to the Marketing Manager, COPD, this Product Manager, COPD will support the respiratory business by leading strategic/tactical planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns, head office and field driven activities, and key brand initiatives such as market research and insight gathering, internal and external communications, vendor management. The Product Manager will work closely with other marketers and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities:



This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include:

Lead operationalization of commercial projects in collaboration with internal cross-functional and external partners (sales, marketing, medical, medical education, business intelligence, market access, vendors, etc.) Lead the development and delivery of omnichannel promotional tactics and tools Work closely with training partner, field implementation team, and sales team to ensure alignment of brand positioning, strategy, and messaging to achieve brand objectives. Integrate multiple sources of data (qualitative, quantitative) to optimize and continuously improve tactical plans to achieve brand objectives Gain deep insight and knowledge of brand strategy, COPD market, HCPs, patients and other stakeholders to develop valuable and tailored solutions Measure and track performance of key tactics and rapidly evolve content, channels, and promotional mix to drive performance Handle and develop key vendor relationships to enable delivery of optimal digital and promotional projects Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to support business planning Effectively manage A&P budget and work with cross-functional team to manage financial forecasts and supply.

Why you?

Basic qualifications:



University degree, Bachelor of Science or Business 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales Ability to effectively work, build relationships, and contribute to a team-based, matrix environment Ability to work cross-functionally, motivate peers, and influence without authority Exceptional project management skills. Ability to plan and prioritize workload, work at pace, and adapt based on changing demands Ability to work in ambiguous situations, cut through the noise and effectively solve problems Experience working with third party vendors and agreements

Preferred qualifications:




If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, MBiotech). Experience in the respiratory space is considered an asset Previous brand/marketing experience crafting omnichannel customer experience plans is considered an asset
