We understand that fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is critical for the success of our business, and we actively work towards it every day.As a Product Manager for Residential Solutions, you will lead the day-to-day management of one of FCTs core businesses, as well as participate in shaping the future direction of a critical growth area.HERE\xe2\x80\x99S HOW YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Lead product development (features, benefits, pricing) for the Residential Title Insurance product in order to differentiate from the competition and drive market share;
• Act as Project Manager on projects \xe2\x80\x93 collaborating with partner teams to deliver IT product enhancements and Customer programs;
• Be a customer experience champion and find/deliver new ways of enhancing an industry-leading CX program.
• Understand the analytics and key metrics of the business and identify improvements in how we track our success;
• Become the Subject Matter Expert on the business as you support Sales and Marketing deliver revenue-generating programs. Act as Residential representative in cross-divisional discussions.
• Identify growth opportunities for the business through collaboration with key (internal and external) stakeholders, and ongoing market research;
• Prepare and deliver ideas and recommendations to grow the Residential Title Insurance business.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Undergraduate degree in business, legal or related area an asset.
• 5+ years product experience (Insurance, Banking, Financial Services).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding fast paced environment.
• Ability to analyze and apply data to develop insights and make recommendations.
• Willingness to innovate and explore new opportunities
• Customer centric mindset and a desire to explore technology solutions to solve business challenges.
