Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead transformative projects and optimize product portfolios. This role is central to aligning strategy with market needs and delivering value through innovation and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DOReport to the Director, Product, Marketing, Communications. You'll oversee product reviews and identify opportunities. You'll define product strategy and KPIs. You'll monitor portfolio performance and lead lifecycle development. You'll use market feedback and trends to enhance products. You'll develop business cases and collaborate with stakeholders. You'll lead product builds, testing, and go-to-market strategies. You'll align with Risk, Finance, Operations, and IT.

WHAT YOU'VE DONEYou've got 7-10 years of product management experience (preferably in financial services or insurance). You have a post-secondary education in business or commerce. You've no stranger to: + Strategic interpretation and execution.
+ Diplomacy, negotiation, and collaboration.
+ Storytelling and communication.
+ Problem-solving and organization.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional leadership.
