We are seeking a results-driven

Product Manager

to lead the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of our investor suite of applications. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams--ensuring the platform meets current operational needs and scales with our growth ambitions.



This role will enable business transformation through technology and focus on delivering measurable outcomes by aligning innovative product features with business processes, user needs, and enterprise standards.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?





Product Strategy & Roadmap


Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a suite of internal applications. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Translate goals and feedback into actionable plans aligned with enterprise architecture.

Requirements & Insights


Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define detailed, testable requirements. Facilitate discovery sessions, map workflows, and ensure interoperability and data integration. Monitor product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and stay current on industry trends.

Delivery & Agile Management


Oversee product development in partnership with internal and external teams. Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments--define user stories, plan sprints, and maintain release schedules. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Governance & Technology Alignment


Ensure product compliance with enterprise architecture, data, and cybersecurity standards. Support build/buy/partner evaluations and balance innovation with governance and technical integrity.

Change Management & Adoption


Drive user adoption through training materials, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare change impact assessments and implement strategies that support organizational alignment and successful product integration. We are a flexible and proactive team, readily taking on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?




Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in software product management or business analysis, ideally within real estate, property management, or within B2B enterprise software. Proven track record in full lifecycle delivery of custom or configurable enterprise applications. Strong technical foundation and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and iterative delivery. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, or equivalent. Knowledge of system integration, data modeling, and enterprise architecture is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical thinker with a customer-centric approach and strong decision-making ability. Skilled at balancing priorities and driving results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
