We're expanding our Digital Analytics capabilities and are looking for a Product Manager, Advanced Analytics to join our Tim Hortons team in Toronto. This role will focus on coordinating and executing engineering and analytics-driven initiatives that leverage machine learning ("ML"), artificial intelligence ("AI") models, and data engineering to deliver actionable and measurable insights and business impact. As a Product Manager on the Advanced Analytics team for Tim Hortons, you will serve as the main connection point between data scientists & engineers and internal business partners. You will lead the intake, evaluation, prioritization, delivery and maintenance of analytics and data engineering projects, ensure alignment on business objectives, and oversee execution to deliver high-quality outputs.
This role requires a balance of strong business acumen, solid technical understanding in the domain of ML / AI and data engineering, strong project management skills, and clear communication skills to translate analytical work into business outcomes. While this position collaborates closely with senior product leaders to shape long-term analytics strategy, its primary focus is on execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring analytics solutions are effectively scoped, delivered, and adopted.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our Toronto, ON location.
