OkRx is an AI-driven health technology platform that simplifies the complex medication approval journey by connecting clinics, pharmacies, and insurers. We are modernizing how specialty medications are coordinated and delivered across Canada.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead to take full ownership of the OkRx Prescriber platform, our platform used by prescribers and thier teams to streamline medication approvals, coordinate with clinics, and improve patient access to treatment.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will define the product vision, own the roadmap, and work hands-on with engineering, design, marketing, sales and pharmacy users to bring new features to life. You'll collaborate directly with the business lead on strategy while maintaining end-to-end control of execution.

What You'll Do

Own the full product lifecycle for the OkRx Pharmacy platform, from strategy to delivery
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact and business value
Work closely with engineering and design to translate ideas into clear, buildable requirements
Partner directly with the business lead to shape product strategy, pricing, and market positioning
Gather feedback from pharmacy users and turn insights into product improvements
Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value across pharmacy teams
Lead release planning, QA coordination, and go-to-market readiness
Ensure the product scales effectively across Canada's complex reimbursement landscape

About You

You have senior level experince with EMRs or other presriber focused software

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
