The Product Trainer is responsible for providing training and technical support for agents focusing on Greenworks consumer ride on lawn mowers, E-Mobility products, and other Greenworks products. This position may require travel at peak seasons to fully engage in training events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing S.O.W.s for continuous and seasonal product training syllabi
Developing product knowledge and troubleshooting training for Greenworks Agents and Authorized Service Providers.
Organizing and executing product knowledge and troubleshooting training sessions for Greenworks Agents and Authorized Service Providers
Effective time management with ability to prioritize workload demands.
Provide technical training in-person, digitally, or with written programs when necessary.
Following all company procedures while representing Greenworks: code of conduct, safety practices, and policies.
Support Customer Service with Salesforce activated action items hourly / daily. Complete daily reports which will report issues and resolutions to problems in the field.
Responsible for understanding, facilitating, and coordinating all efforts in regard to the A3S / Greenworks Fleet Connect (remote product support). .
Work with the extended global organization (engineering, product management, legal, sales) to update service manuals, service bulletins, and training material.
Identify and help prepare digital training content supporting customer and service support
Performs all other duties as required.
Education and Experience Required:
Proven experience with troubleshooting equipment and systems identifying issues to determine the root cause.
Be proficient in the operation of various measuring tools and instruments. Including but not limited to multimeter, clamp meter, temp. recorder, AC/DC power source.
Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to provide conflict resolution.
Proven track record on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) driving results for the company, department, and personal success.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Candidate must have a valid Canadian driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract
Nice to have qualifications:
Schedule flexibility
Bilingual (French or Spanish fluency)
Previous call center experience
Experience with Sales Force is a plus.
Knowledge of CAN BUS protocol preferred.
