The Product Sales Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive a quick turnaround on leads, quotes and troubleshooting for a variety of Industrial products

A typical day:

Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

Work with customers to determine their requirements and investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.

Answer questions and offer suggestions to prospects based on a thorough knowledge of company's product lines.
/lili
Assist customers with any relevant paperwork to complete the sale.
/lili
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitor's products for comparison.
/lili
Maintain and expand the company's database of customers.
/lili
Understand and implement proper pricing policies/procedures.
/lili
Maintain excellent relationships the manufacturer's representatives.

Successful candidates will have:

2+ years of inside sales experience on technical products ideally Industrial Valves
/lili
Previous experience in an Inside Sales position, selling industrial products
/lili
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
/lili
Previous experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, CRM, etc).
/lili
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
