MC3 is on a mission to scale our dominance in the conveyor industry. We're seeking a driven, systems-minded leader to take ownership of our conveyor product line--standardizing, scaling, and innovating to deliver real customer value and seamless internal execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop cross-functional teams: Design, Product Development, Estimating, and Application Design. Standardize and modularize our conveyor product families, with defined options and clear rules. Build and maintain internal configuration tools ("Ninja Tools") for faster quoting, accurate estimating, and scalable design workflows. Establish and lead Conveyor University--our internal training platform for technical onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer. Implement frictionless handoffs across quoting, design, and production. Drive product innovation with a focus on reliability, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency. Systematize how we scope and estimate custom projects using smart, repeatable frameworks.

Who You Are

Experience & Background

Minimum 5 years in custom manufacturing or metal fabrication. Experience in conveyor systems or custom automation is a strong asset. Proven track record of driving standardization and scalable systems.
Technical Skills

Deep understanding of mechanical design, fabrication methods, and manufacturability. Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and parametric design thinking. Familiar with quoting and estimating workflows in engineered-to-order environments. Skilled in scope development from vague or custom project requests.
Leadership & Management

Demonstrated LMA (Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable) capability. Capable of coaching and developing individuals to reach their full potential. Builds trust-based, accountable, and high-performance teams. Drives alignment and clarity through strong project management.
Mindset & Work Style

Obsessed with simplification, clarity, and building scalable systems. Passionate about technology, process, and reducing friction. Thinks like an Leader--proactive, resourceful, and mission-driven. Operates with autonomy, momentum, and precision.
What Success Looks Like (First 12-18 Months)

Conveyor University launched with foundational training in place. Core conveyor product families standardized with modular design rules. Ninja Tools fully implemented to enable fast and accurate quoting and design. Cross-departmental workflows streamlined--from sales to production. A culture of continuous improvement established within the teams you lead. Doubled the volume of standard conveyor sales.

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
