Who We Are Looking For



Working with other Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to support a globally distributed Product & Engineering organization delivering value to end users of our various products.



What You Will Work On

Coordination, communication, alignment Coordinate and facilitate the Product Delivery workflow and delivery of new features and enhancements from To Do to In Production Manage and evolve the Crisis24 framework for defining, designing, building and delivering software Understand and support dependency management between teams for delivery planning Plan implementation and feature delivery across multiple engineering teams for a rolling 3-month timeframe Transparency Provide visibility into the process through various collaboration tools Encourage open communication and sharing of information Forecasting, tracking and reporting Provide data driven forecasts and projections on upcoming work, on a regular and as needed basis Track and report on progress towards organizational goals and objectives, as well as risks and blockers Efficiency, process improvement, standardization Identify and propose areas for improvement and standardization of practices within the process Encourage teams to inspect and adapt and facilitate cross team conversations around continuous improvement as needed Facilitate change implementation and change management when necessary Culture Encourage fun, innovative and imaginative work and environments for Crisis24 teams Build and support a culture of trust and openness between teams and domains Coaching & guidance Coach all aspects of the organization in the framework as needed

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate has an agile mindset towards the software development lifecycle. They would have a passionate but pragmatic and collaborative approach to processes, understanding that individuals and interactions are often more important. They must be patient, as change can take time, a good listener and able to read between the lines, a problem solver and a lifelong learner. They should be willing to give and receive feedback and be willing to provide input and ask questions.



5+ years experience in an agile software development context Expert knowledge in Lean/Agile methodologies and ability to draw on your experience from various scaled frameworks Skilled in change management practices An excellent facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate people to come up with solutions Excellent communicator, able to deliver presentations and to train others in a clear manner Ability to engage senior management layers, in both a challenging and supportive way Formal training in scaled agile approaches or equivalent experience
